We have eight 12 foot wide holiday homes built to a very high standard of comfort and style, four of which are brand new for 2012. Six are 28 foot long and two are 35 foot long. Each caravan is fully serviced with instant hot water, a gas fire, a flat screen TV with DVD player in the lounge where there is also comfortable sprung seating. The kitchens are equipped with an electric fridge with built in freezer box, a full size built in gas cooker (4 rings, a grill and an oven with automatic ignition) and a microwave. There is also an electric toaster, electric kettle and a vacuum cleaner. The bathroom has a shower with a glass door, a wash basin, a heated towel rail and panel and a WC. Double beds are 4ft 6in wide. All beds have sprung interior mattresses, duvets, pillows and bedspreads or a throw, but please bring your own bed linen (pillow cases, bottom sheets and duvet covers). All bedrooms have electric heating. All gas and electricity charges are included in the rental charge. If you wish to hire bed linen at additional cost please notify us when booking. Additional blankets can be provided upon request. All the caravans are cleaned and the site maintained to an extremely high standard by Jim & Chris, the resident owners.
There is a drying area with two rotary clothes lines. A block drive gives central access to the caravans so that you can drive your car down it on arrival day and unpack your luggage before returning your car to the car park at the top. One caravan has its own parking space close to it to facilitate the use by less mobile guests. Each caravan has a paved path to it and a paved patio area with garden furniture.
